From 1 September registration begins at St Teresa’s Parish for children wishing to prepare for the sacraments of Penance and Reconciliation and the Eucharist (First Communion) (aged 9 and above)
and
for young people wishing to prepare for the sacrament of Confirmation (aged 14 and above).
Meetings will take place once a week on weekdays, with a choice of: Thursday at 5.00 pm or Friday at 4.00 pm – preparation for First Communion; 6.00 pm – preparation for Confirmation.
Everyone who is preparing to attend Sunday Mass at 3.00 pm.
We only accept those who have registered in advance into the groups.
Registration takes place in the church sacristy:
* Tuesdays 6.00–7.00 pm*
Sundays 10.30 am–1.00 pm
When registering, you must have a copy of your child’s baptism certificate.
Registration closes on 5 October. We look forward to welcoming
those who missed the deadline next year.
The opening ceremony for the catechetical year will begin on 5 October at 3.00 pm with Holy Mass, followed by a parents’ meeting at 4.00 pm. Meanwhile, the children will meet their catechists.
